Contract Vehicle:
eFAST MOA (Electronic Federal Aviation Administration Accelerated and Simplified Tasks Master Ordering Agreement)

Description:
The Federal Aviation Administration entered into multiple Master Ordering Agreements (MOAs) with Small Businesses, 8(a), Women-Owned, Socially and Economically Disadvantaged Businesses (SEDB) to provide comprehensive management, engineering and technical support services.

eFAST is a multi-year MOA program offering a wide array of labor categories with fixed ceiling rates. eFAST is the FAA's preferred acquisition vehicle for fulfilling Agency Small Business goals. Customers from any of the FAA Lines of Business, across all regions, can use this vehicle to acquire support services.

Services Offered:
DSCI offers value-added support services in five areas under the eFAST MOA:

Contract Vehicle:
FAA Service Operations Support-8 (SOS-8)

Description:
The FAA issued this contract to acquire support services for National Airspace System (NAS) programs in the En Route, Terminal, Technical Operations, Oceanic, and NAS Mission Support domains.

Services Offered:
Under the SOS-8 contract vehicle, contractors provide the capability to support the following FAA systems and services:

  • En Route and Oceanic
  • Communication, flight service and weather engineering
  • National Airway Systems Engineering
  • Information Systems Security
  • Business Operations
